Renovation of the municipal library

The project consists of redeveloping and improving the municipal library. The works include: - the development of a computer room, animation spaces, a book storage room which requires the demolition of the existing partitions, work on the electrical system as well as the installation of integrated furniture; - fitting out of a new lending counter with related cabinet work; - upgrading work, particularly on the structure, building mechanics, plumbing system and asbestos removal work; - finishing work of plastering, painting, fitting of moldings and interior insulation of the library. Certain common areas are also targeted: public toilets, technical services, entrance and concierge; - Interventions affecting the maintenance of the building (part of the library only).
