Renovation of the Petites Franciscaines de Marie complex to accommodate the Charlevoix-Ouest Television station

The project consists of building premises for the Community Television of Charlevoix-Ouest (TVCO), a non-profit organization in the complex of Petite Franciscaines de Marie (PFM), a former convent that the City of Baie-Saint-Paul recently acquired. TVCO is currently housed in the old Baie-Saint-Paul hospital, which will be demolished in the spring of 2018. It is therefore imperative for TVCO to relocate. The main works are: • Demolition of some walls to develop the premises; • Laying new floor coverings; • Painting of the walls and ceilings of the rooms; • Renovation of plumbing and electrical systems.
