Renovation of the Soulanges sports center

The project mainly consists of renovating and upgrading the arena. The work is aimed in particular at the replacement and upgrading of mechanical equipment (refrigeration system, etc.), the slab and boards of the ice rink, the changing rooms, the sanitary blocks as well as the rental improvement of the arena. Other renovation and upgrading work is also required, such as: renovation of sanitary blocks available to the public, renovation and expansion of the reception and catering area, optimization of access to changing rooms, transformation of collective showers into individual showers, demolition of the (dangerous) footbridge, improvement of the dilapidated spaces of the community hall, repair of the front facade, compliance of access for people with reduced mobility, validation of the need to install sprinklers. This description of the work is not exhaustive and it could be revised following the completion of the final plans and specifications and the opening of calls for tenders.
