The project entails the construction of a domestic waste incineration power plant with a daily capacity of 1,200 tons, which will be built in Renshou County, Sichuan Province, China. The plant will be built in 2 phases. The first phase will be 800 tons/day. The 2×400 tons/day incineration line will use 18MW condensing steam turbine generator. The second phase will add a 400 tons/day incineration line and a 9MW condensing steam turbine generator. The annual power generation capacity is 156 million kWh/a, of which the first phase is 104 million kWh/a, and the annual on-grid power is 125 million kWh/a, of which the first phase is 0.83 billion kWh/a. Sponsors of the project are Sichuan Energy Investment Group (70%) and Renshou Water Supply and Drainage Co. (30%). The BOT concession has a duration of 30 years.
