Description	The project involves the repair of Park D and the water inlet of Pavilion Y - Lot 3 at the Institut universitaire de cardiologie et de pneumologie de Québec - Université Laval (IUCPQ-UL). Lot # 3 of this project consists of replacing the components of the domestic water inlet (ex: piping, valves, etc.) of the Marguerite d’Youville pavilion. This is in order to resolve a problem of obsolescence which causes occasional breakage with major consequences. In addition, this work package will allow improvements to be made to certain equipment in parking lot D, particularly in terms of lighting, in order to improve safety. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading health infrastructure.
