Repairs to the municipal library

The building in question is a multifunctional building housing the municipal library, the post office and the offices of the municipality. Only works that have an impact on library infrastructure are eligible. Thus, the rehabilitation project of the library consists of: - Replacing deteriorated library floor finishes and gypsum board partitions damaged by water infiltration in fall 2016; - Dismantle the existing lift and install a new one; - Upgrade the facility’s surface drainage, foundation and roof drainage systems, and review roof slopes; - Apply new wall insulation and siding to the entire building to improve its energy performance; - Upgrade electromechanical systems to ensure the comfort of users and library staff.
