Replace existing vehicles for Paratransit service

We currently have eight Paratransit buses. These vehicles have a useful life of eight years, therefore ideally we would purchase 1 per calendar year. Due to budget constraints we were unable to purchase a Paratransit bus in 2015 or 2016. The three new vehicles would replace buses from 2007, 2008 and 2009, which would improve the reliability of our Paratransit fleet.
