Description	The design of the water system was based on the blending characteristics of three wells constructed in 1996. Since the closure of Well 9 in 2013 due to high concentration of barium and sodium, Well 11 has been enduring an extreme amount of stress as the main producing groundwater source well. As the system was designed based on 3 active wells, Well 9 needs to be replaced. Replacing Well 9 with another well will restore water capacity and water quality to the way the system was originally designed, so the off-reserve benefit is the community will not need to enter into a municipal type Agreement for supply.
