Replacement and upgrade of cooling systems

This project involves the replacement and addition of air conditioning units inside the Centre d’hébergement de soins de longues durées Jeanne-Crevier located in Boucherville. It stems directly from the need identified by the Ministry of Health and Social Services to improve the comfort of residents. More specifically, the work will first focus on the demolition of nine groups of dilapidated evaporators and condensers spread over all floors and the roof of the accommodation center. Subsequently, fifteen new groups of evaporators and condensers will be installed, six of which will cover care units which are not currently supplied with air conditioning. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading health infrastructure.
