Description

Description

The project aims the replacement of the entrance doors to the two main halls of the MB building (SGW-MB-John Molson Building) at Concordia University. The doors, hardware and mechanical systems serving the two vestibules will be replaced. The addition of better adapted rain and snow management and drainage systems as well as an improvement in the ventilation and heating systems will improve the daily experience of the community. An update of the required building security infrastructure will allow better access control. A particular attention will be paid to universal access to the building to ensure the comfort of people with reduced mobility. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading the quality of school infrastructure.
