Description | The main focus of the project is to replace the existing Motor Control Centers (MCCs) and Main Distribution Center (MDC) at Lakeshore General Hospital. Many of this equipment is original (1964) and therefore has been at the end of its useful life for several years. It has become difficult to find spare parts during breakage or maintenance. The project will reduce the times of power cuts and the risk associated with hospital operations (through prolonged and unplanned power cuts) and have reliable electrical distribution. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading health infrastructure. |
