Description	The project consists of replacing the on-board smartcard system (m-Card) validator units for our transit system in the City of St. John’s. The scope of the project includes the replacement of 60 on-board smartcard system validator units for all buses in the fleet and installation. The project aims to improve ensure sustainability of the electronic fare payment system and increasing customer experience when paying with m-Card. The aim is to have the upgraded system ready for service by the end of 2023 or early 2024.
