Replacement of the food service cooling tanks at the N Wing of the Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Québec

The project aims to replace the cooling basins for the food service in the N wing of the Institut universitaire en santé Mental de Québec. The food service in this building includes one of the main production kitchens of the CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale. The existing basin is obsolete and of insufficient capacity for the volume necessary to serve the entire territory, therefore must be replaced. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading health infrastructure.
