Description | The Project consists of the replacement of the Kehl Bridge in the Township of Alberton located in Ontario. The Project scope includes replacing the Kehl Bridge which crosses Kitchen Creek. The existing bridge will be replaced with a twin culvert bridge that is set, sloped and protected against erosion. Approximately 200 meters of bridge and deck and approaches will be resurfaced to join seamlessly with Kehl Road. The existing barrier system will be upgraded with new posts and galvanized steel rails. The Project aims to improve safety for bridge users and local traffic. It will facilitate improved ability to hold emergency, township and other large vehicles. It also aims to increase user safety on the bridge. |
