Replacing the flat roof cover and the outer casing (part 2/2)

The project aims to replace the roofing of the flat roof and the exterior envelope of the Centre de service scolaire de la Seigneurie-des-Milles-Îles in Sainte-Thérèse. The scope of the project includes the complete replacement of the exterior envelope of the front facades as well as part of the roof. The exterior cladding, windows and doors will all be replaced, considering improved insulation and thermal values. In addition to this project, certain elements such as the main staircase and the mezzanine of the gymnasium are brought into compliance with the Building Code. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading the quality of school infrastructure.
