Reply House - Former De Sonnaz Barracks Headquarters

The project involves the purchase and refurbishment of the former Ettore De Sonnaz Barracks in Turin to create Reply House, the new headquarters for Reply. The building, a late 19th-century military structure, has been restored to retain its historical features while being adapted into a contemporary campus dedicated to research, innovation, and collaboration. The headquarters covers approximately 20,500 square metres and accommodates around 800 people. The refurbishment included restoring barrel vaults, redefining interior facades, reconfiguring roofing and façade systems, and bringing historic galleries back into use. The project also features sustainable construction choices such as reversible wooden floors and a geothermal air-conditioning system. The site includes laboratories focused on applied artificial intelligence and multisensory experiences.
