Description	Repsol Mexico SA de CV bought 100% of Distribuidora de Gas de Saltillo, a state-owned company that distributed natural gas in Saltillo. Repsol paid between 2 and 3 million Mexican pesos in September 1995 for the company. Repsol Mexico was awarded a renewable 30-year concession for the geographic area of Saltillo-Ramos Arizpe-Arteaga in the state of Coahuila in July 1997. The concession period includes 12-year exclusivity to the area. One of the concessionaire's obligations is to increase the service coverage from 8,000 customers to 40,000 customers during its first five years, starting in 1997.
