Modern Antisemitism appears in different forms and it is not always easy to unmask. The number of anti-Semitic incidents in EU Member States has risen significantly, also in the countries involved in the project where there is evidence of high level of prejudice and misinformation about Jews, forms of Antisemitism and intolerance, increasingly exploited by hate speeches online, particularly exacerbated since the 1st COVID lockdown (see “The rise of Anti-Semitism online during the pandemic”, 2021, published by the European Commission. Starting from these premises, RELATION aims at defining an innovative strategy that starts from a better knowledge of the Jewish history/traditions as part of the common history/traditions, and puts in place a set of educational activities in IT, ES, RO and Belgium as well as online actions in order to tackle this phenomenon. The method exploits the full potential of experiential learning for children (at least 250), adolescents (at least 250) and young adults (about 2000) directly targeted by the actions. The learning experience is devoted to promote a better knowledge of the Jewish culture and history starting from the traces, tradition and cultural expressions. Moving from a solid research based activity (for mapping the state of the art, in each participating country, of anti-Semitic feelings and anti- Jewish prejudices/bias), the educational activities for pupils, the training activities for teachers (about 100), as well as the delivering of an awareness online campaign tailored for young people (about 2.000 directly involved with the aim to reach other 20.000) will be realized. Simultaneously, a semantic and target group analysis of Antisemitic contents on line will be realized during the whole project lifetime. The coverage of the activities is assured by a solid dissemination strategy. A final book will be published (paper and e-book) and a handbook will be provided as guidance for transfer the methodology in other EU countries
