Along with student accommodation, both buildings will feature office space for staff and lounge areas for students. The 3rd residential community adjacent to the university's Lindsey Nelson Stadium will have 750 beds in apartment-style units with 2 and 4 bedrooms. It will also include an indoor practice facility, complementing ongoing stadium renovations.The three seven-story communities are expected to add 2,500 beds to the university’s housing inventory.
