Description | Issuance Date: March 14, 2024 Question Due Date: March 28, 2024, 04:00 pm (GMT+7) Closing Date: April 21, 2024, 04:00 pm (GMT+7) SUBJECT: Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Number: 72048624RFA00002 ACTIVITY TITLE: Resilience of Ethnic Tibetans (ResET) Dear Prospective Applicants: The United States Agency for International Development’s Regional Development Mission for Asia (USAID/RDMA) is seeking Applications from qualified organizations to implement the Resilience of Ethnic Tibetans activity. Eligibility for this award is restricted to the organizations that have prior experience working with Tibetan communities in the Tibet Autonomous Region and in other Tibetan communities in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), as required by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023. USAID intends to make an award to the Applicant who best meets the objectives of this funding opportunity based on the merit review criteria described in this NOFO subject to a risk assessment. Eligible parties interested in submitting an application are encouraged to read this NOFO thoroughly. To be eligible for award, the Applicant must provide all information as required in this NOFO and meet eligibility standards in Section C ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION. This funding opportunity is posted on www.grants.gov, and may be amended. Potential Applicants should regularly check the website to ensure they have the latest information pertaining to the NOFO.
