"The applicant is an ADR subject on the list registered on the ODR platform and has an accepted work program for 2020-2024 and which includes the implementation of activities ""Resolving consumer disputes through mediation - strengthens the trust of consumers and traders"". This Consumer Program includes the opportunity for consumers to have easier access to information on alternative dispute resolution for consumers, as well as the availability of a notified body for ADR. The approach also includes direct monitoring of the status of the procedure, facilitates communication between consumers and the notified body, which includes traders. It is therefore envisaged to improve this body's website for ADR in order to achieve this goal. One of the goals of this program is to create mutual trust, which can result in the contribution of consumer policy to recovery, strengthening the intrinsic link between consumer confidence and economic growth. The program also includes the provision of educational activities through the organization of various advisory forums, education on alternative resolution of consumer disputes. Providing advisory services to consumers and traders on ADR through the maintenance of a permanent counseling center (Consumer ADR on the website of this ADR body) where experts will provide adequate answers to concerns of consumers and traders about ADR."
