Description | Two vacant sites near the redevelopment of the former Southern Ridge Golf Club in Laveen, Phoenix, Arizona, are planned to be developed into restaurants, retail stores, and a gas station. The smaller site will host a gas station and convenience store, including Missouri gas station brand Break Time's first Arizona location. The larger site will have retail buildings and a restaurant. These sites were separated from the golf course property in 2011 and designated for commercial development. The redevelopment of the golf course itself, called the Score at Cottonfields, includes reducing the golf course size and adding new homes and amenities. |
