Description | Only 10 % of innovative SMEs cooperate with universities and other knowledge institutions in the Öresund region. That’s what the Öresund Match project wants to change. For the development of the Öresund region, it is important to better translate the strong research and knowledge that exists in the region into innovation and growth in companies. Therefore, Öresund Match will scrutinise 100 SMEs to see their need for cooperation and knowledge from different knowledge institutions. The expectation is that 40 of these companies will establish concrete collaboration with the research and university world. Öresund Match does not want to become a new player, but instead strengthens the cooperation between existing actors in the Öresund region. The project aims to create a common gateway for companies to the knowledge institutions and build skills and capacities for industry and knowledge institutions in order to be able to match and create collaborations between companies and the research community. |
