Resurfacing of the park and ride

The main objective of the project is to resurface and restructure the existing park and ride (3520 square meter) in order to improve mobility/accessibility and better define parking spaces reserved for the users. This space is presently shared between the Community Center and the arena. We plan on providing barrier-free parking to accommodate disabled passengers and add curbs to better define and structure the parking. By paving the park and ride we anticipate an increase in the use of the parking. Currently we have approximately 20 passengers that park at this location daily. The signs and proposed line painting to identify the parking spaces reserved for the passengers will indicate which parking is assigned to passengers.
