This sustainable and urban friendly designed store features 152,000 square feet of raised sales floor and includes a large two-story entry covered by curtain wall glazing overlooking the city skyline. The store was built over 1100 geopier foundations with conventional spread footings. The structure is composed of precast and steel covered by a membrane roof atop. The facility provides plenty of parking with more than 123,000 square feet of parking garage space at grade under the store. Sustainable and urban friendly designed 152,000-square-foot store.
