This project will design and construct Waterfront Park improvements that will complete enhancement of the southern portion of Waterfront Park. The project will increase the park s accessibility for those with mobility challenges; improve the streetscape appeal of the park; add amenities accessible to all ages and income groups; facilitate additional seasons of active use; and make it possible to expand regional events to the park.
