The linear footage of water pipes in this project is approximately 12,178 linear feet (LF) (2.31 miles) of 8-inch and 12-inch Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) water mains to replace existing asbestos cement (AC) water mains, construction of 7,120 LF (1.35 miles) of new 8-inch PVC water mains, abandonment of approximately 8,165 LF (1.55 miles) of existing AC water mains.
