Description	Montgomery County MUD 145 ( Owner ) is requesting competitive sealed proposals for a lease project that includes the design, materials, construction, and installation of one (1) phase II wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) capable of treating 125,000 gallons per day (0.125 MGD) to be located within the Caney Mills Development in Montgomery County, Texas at the existing WWTP site, adjacent to the phase 1(0.125 MGD). Final effluent will discharge in the adjacent detention pond, per TPDES permit.
