The Sponsors are R. N. Jewels (57.14%) and R.N. Kapoor Jewellers (42.86%) from R N Group. Offtaker is Southern Power Distribution Co of Telangana for 25 years. The total project cost is $8.5 million (INR 570 million). Financing comprises $6 million (INR 15.2 billion) 15-year term loan provided by Rural Electrification Corp Ltd and $2.5 million (INR 171 million) of equity. Financial close occurred on 8 March 2016.
