Description | The City of Richmond’s Oval Village District Energy Utility - Sewer Heat Recovery Energy System project will design and install a sewer heat recovery system for use as the main energy source for the Oval Village District Energy Utility, which is currently operating within the City. This project will allow for replacement of the current system’s natural gas boilers which provide the heating energy, with a sewer heat recovery system and will result in greenhouse gas emissions reductions. The project works will include: -energy centre; -diversion chamber; -renewable process equipment and install; and -natural gas equipment and install. |
