The RidgeGate Campus Project consists of two new office buildings for various Kiewit Companies in Lone Tree, Colorado. Combined, the two buildings provide 400,000 SF of office space with a roof deck gathering space, a full-service café, a full service coffee shop, a full service catering/kitchen system and fitness center. In addition to the new buildings, a new 970-stall, precast parking garage will also be erected. The new headquarters will be adjacent to the Sky Ridge Light Rail Station, which is one of three new stations for the Regional Transportation District’s Southeast Rail Extension. Both of the office buildings will include a demountable partition office wall system. The system will provide a customizable end user experience allowing for greater collaboration efforts and transparency for the Kiewit employees working here. Also featured are various building elements including partially exposed mechanical and electrical systems, spray applied fire resistive materials and open stairways in each building’s main lobby. With a job team pulling from different Kiewit districts/areas and early involved subcontractor partners, the Ridgegate Campus Project is committed to delivering a quality product ahead of schedule and at the lowest cost.
