The Ridgeline project is a proposed power plant and data center in Tucker County, West Virginia. The Commerce Department has rescinded a Notice of Violation against the developers, stating that the project does not currently meet the definition of a high-impact data center but is not exempt from the bill's requirements. The developers are encouraged to engage with the Department of Commerce and the public as the project develops.
