Ringway Hounslow Highways Road Sweeper Fleet with Local Children's Designs

completed

Ringway Hounslow Highways has launched six new mechanical sweepers onto the borough’s roads, featuring designs by local school children. The new fleet has been specifically chosen to meet the demanding urban environment in Hounslow with heavily parked vehicles and high traffic levels. The unveiling of the fleet coincided with the presentation to the winners of a competition run with the schools in the borough. Students from local primary schools were asked to take part in a competition to design an anti-littering and fly tipping poster. The winning designs are featured on the six new vehicles.
