The project cost is estimated at $6.7 billion with an expected LNG production capacity of 6 million tonnes per annum (MTPA). Substantial completion is expected in the second half of 2030. Financing includes joint venture agreements with partners such as Global Infrastructure Partners, GIC, Mubadala Investment Company, and TotalEnergies. NextDecade committed approximately $1.13 billion for Train 4, funded through cash and loan facilities. |
