Risk Analysis Associated with Endocrine Disruption in the Manche Regions

A past Interreg project has detected endocrine disrupters, mainly estrogens and oestrogen mimics, in aquatic organisms from the eligible regions and showed evidence of alteration of the reproductive functions of living organisms. The current project proposes to provide a better understanding of the associated risk, to provide simple tools to the scientific community and end-users to analyse their environments and to present a risk analysis of the discovered endocrine disrupters in the eligible regions (the latter as a second part of the project 2006-2008).
