Ritz-Carlton Houston hotel-condo tower

planned

The 44-story Ritz-Carlton Houston tower is expected to be over 600 feet tall and will combine 154 hotel guest rooms with 114 private residences. The project will feature timeless architecture, world-class hospitality, five-star amenities, and a fully realized private residential experience. It is designed by Pickard Chilton in collaboration with Ziegler Cooper Architects, with interiors by Rottet Studio. The hotel will include high-end restaurants, programmed public spaces, and amenities for both hotel guests and residents. Residential units start at about 2,200 square feet with uninterrupted views, and residents will have private amenities and access to additional Ritz-Carlton Houston amenities.
