Riverbend Commons is a proposed 14-acre mixed-use development located at the southeast side of Highway 44 in Eagle, Idaho. The project includes retail, office flex buildings, a quick-serve drive-through, indoor sportsplex facilities, and indoor community event space. It features 23 lots (21 buildable) and two common lots, with design standards to screen larger structures from the highway and nearby residences. The sportsplex area has three concept options, including one large indoor sports building or two smaller buildings, designed to accommodate indoor tennis courts and other sports.
