Description

The proposed project consists of constructing a park and ride lot facility on a 3.96-acre site located in Clayton County, Georgia. The facility will be located on an undeveloped parcel along the east side of Lamar Hutcheson Parkway, between Roberts Drive and Valley Hill Road. The Riverdale Assembly of God Church borders the property on the east, an undeveloped parcel borders on the west, apartment homes on the south, and the northern border of the parcel is Lamar Hutcheson Parkway. The proposed park and ride facility infrastructure consists of approximately 262 new parking spaces, three bus pavilions, one fare system shelter, and access to the site from Lamar Hutcheson Parkway.
