Riverfront Park Project Phase 1

The Riverfront Park Project Phase 1 will begin construction in December in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The park will be 70 acres long and will feature multiple green spaces, an amphitheater, a tree canopy walk, a large playground, a boat ramp, swings, seating areas, an event lawn, a small rock garden, and a meadow. The project aims to create a recreational hub with walking and biking trails, kayaking, and community event spaces. Phase one will cost over $4 million, with a grant covering over $700,000 and the city paying the rest. Construction is expected to be completed by May 2026.
