The project involves repurposing 56.49 acres of the Rivergate Mall area into multi-family housing, stores, restaurants, entertainment facilities, and medical and business offices. It includes adding grocery retail, retail/restaurant spaces, maintaining townhomes, relocating apartments, building commercial retail space, and replacing a 120-room hotel and smaller shops with a larger retail component. The redevelopment aims to revitalize the mall area and bring more jobs, homes, and shopping spots to the Madison and Goodlettsville areas.
