Officials approved the preliminary masterplan for approval of a 340 multi-family residential units, 17,000-square-foot of commercial use space and a 60,000-square-foot hotel on 11.828 acres on Rivergate Parkway. The hotel would have 121 rooms at minimum, and there is only one other hotel in Goodlettsville that compares.
