planned

Riverside is a new residential project developed by Electra Residence in Yehud-Monosson's Gadot neighborhood. It features upscale apartments in three 13-story towers with 204 units ranging from three to six bedrooms, including garden apartments and penthouses. The project includes amenities such as 24/7 security, a swimming pool, gym, residents' lounge, children's club, and shared workspaces. It also offers expansive green open spaces anchored by a new 90-dunam (15-acre) park with jogging paths, bike lanes, play areas, and a café. A key feature is a direct stop on the Purple Line light rail, providing a 20-minute connection to Tel Aviv.
