Description | A senior loan of up to EUR 34.0 million, in two tranches to Communal Enterprise "Rivneoblvodokanal" (the "Company", the "Client") in Ukraine, to finance: (i) the construction of a new Wastewater Treatment Plant (the "WWTP") with a total capacity of 60,000 m3/day, (ii) the reconstruction of three sewage pumping stations, and (iii) integration of energy-efficient technologies and SCADA systems across facilities (the "Project"). The loan will be co-financed by an investment grant of up to EUR 10 million from Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership ("E5P"). The loan will be fully guaranteed by the Rivne Region (the "Region") and partially (25%) guaranteed by the Ukraine Investment Framework Municipal Infrastructure and Industrial Resilience ("UIF MIIR"). |
