Description | This project consists of upgrading and paving of existing roads in the Town of Rose Blanche-Harbour le Cou upgrade of the following streets: Buckland’s Lane, Minister’s Lane, Parson’s Point, Main Street and Upper Crow Cove. The project scope includes stripping of existing asphalt, upgrading of subgrade, ditching, and surface course asphalt. Existing gravel streets will be receiving new base and grading. The total distance of streets to be rehabilitated by the project is 355 meters The scope of work can be described as following: Buckland’s Lane: One asphalt section approximately 90 m long by 5 m wide and one gravel section approximately 90 m long by 5 m wide; Minister’s Lane: Approximately 65 m long by 5 m wide all gravel; Parson’s Point: Approximately 15 m long by 4 m wide, rock fill required and all gravel; Main Street: Approximately 5 m wide by 30 m long, all asphalt; Upper Crow Cove - Approximately 65 m long by 5 m wide all gravel. The project will result in improved and more reliable road infrastructure for residents of the Town of Rose Blanche-Harbour le Cou. |
