Road Upgrading - Island Pond Drive - Phase 3

The project will correct present drainage issues through installation of new curb and gutter, catch basins and storm sewer piping. The new storm sewer piping will allow water to flow to an existing drainage system which leads to the ocean. Existing 19mm dia. water services will be replaced to the R.O.W. including new curb stops. The road will then be repaved with 50mm thick asphalt.
