Description	The Robinson Water Treatment Plant Pond 1 Rehabilitation Project consists of rehabilitating the existing Pond 1B Off-Channel Reservoir by removing the existing pond liner, re-shaping the pond to it's original conditions, constructing a new liner, and armoring the pond berm side slopes.
