Robotic Exclusion and Engagement Framework (REEF)

The REEF project is a joint US-UK initiative to develop a maritime drone defense system to protect ports and critical infrastructure. It will use AI sensors and non-kinetic countermeasures such as bubble curtains and decoys to detect, track, and neutralize underwater unmanned vehicles and other maritime drone threats. The system will integrate stationary and mobile sensors, including maritime drones, and will be compatible with existing US military command and control systems.
