Description | Rockwell Automation Inc. plans to build a new 810,000-square-foot manufacturing facility and office in New Berlin. The project has received preliminary city approval for rezoning and a change in the city's comprehensive plan. The facility is expected to create hundreds of jobs and cost between $211 million and $246 million. Construction is expected to start by early to mid-2027 and complete in late 2028, pending final city approvals. A separate approval for a tax incremental financing district is also required to fund public improvements. |
