Description | Construction of 1.5 million sq ft of building space, including an electrical substation, water and fume treatment plants, maintenance facility and equipment foundations; erection of structural steel; installation of an electric arc furnace, ladle furnace, continuous casting machine and continuous rolling mill; purchase and installation of a cooling tower, air compressor system, conveyors, overhead cranes and fume treatment; quenching, tempering, spooling and finishing equipment; transformers, isolators, power and control cabling, switchgear and water treatment equipment. The project will increase production capacity for rebar and round steel to 300,000 tons per year. |
