Rollo Bay Fiddle Festival Site Upgrades

in progress

The project consists of renovations to the Tuning Room building (520sqft), upgrades to the stage, new ticket booth, and landscaping. The Tuning Room building will be upgraded to double as an artist’s dressing room and performance space. This renovation will allow artists performing to be more comfortable while on-site and create a more enjoyable performance environment. The landscaping plan will improve vehicle and foot traffic flow, egress, deliveries, security, and artist entrances. Upgrades to the stage and ticket booth will make them safer and more presentable. The aim of the project is to update the festival grounds with improved features on-site, provide Prince Edward Island with a worldclass performance space, and allow events to attract visitors from across the province, region, and country. This project will help to further develop the arts and culture sector in Prince Edward Island, encourage economic activity to help support communities, create a new world-class festival and event site, and create a new cultural institution on Prince Edward Island.
